Property Strategy Meeting

• Lending Capacity Assessment to identify how much you can borrow
• Objective discussion around risk and your tolerance for borrowing
• Discussion around your time frame to acquire and the location and type of property you want
• What the property should deliver in terms of growth, rent, depreciation and liquidity
• We will then put you on a property watch list to source and find the right property for you.

Property Presentation Meeting

• Having found properties that fit your criteria we present these to you
• Highlighting each of the requirements you requested
• If you like one of the properties, you can place a deposit of $4,000 and then we do the rest.

Property Implementation Meeting

• Documentation for acquisition is delivered
• You are now the proud owner of a new property and your wealth accumulation plan is underway and growing
• Well done.
